Resveratrolün sıçan böbreğinde cisplatine bağlı hasar üzerindeki koruyucu etkisi

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the protective effect resveratrol on cisplatin induced damage in rat kidney.
 Materials and Methods: 30 female Wistar-Albino rats were allocated form three groups: In group 1 (control group), mL 0.9% NaCl (saline) administered intraperitoneally for 3 days. 2 (cisplatin 7.5 mg / kg intraperitoneal given + group) 10 via route. Right kidneys surgically extirpated all groups. Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels activities catalase (CAT) superoxide dismutase (SOD) measured both blood tissues. Also, toxicity markers such as vascular congestion, hemorrhage, tubule degeneration glomerular assessed by examining slides prepared from kidney tissue with microscopy.
 Results: Tissue significantly higher than other MDA SOD, CAT lower 
 Conclusion: According our short term findings, might be an effective molecule prevent harmful kidney.
